Themes and Remove Ads are one-time purchases tied to the store account you bought them with, so a new phone or a reinstall doesn’t mean buying again.

• Open Press Blocks, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
• Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy.
• Purchases stay with the store you bought from: something bought on the App Store can’t be restored on Android, and the other way around.

Still missing something? Email us with the order number from your store receipt and we’ll sort it out.

Reminders are off until you turn them on. After your first finished Daily Edition, the game asks once whether you’d like a note when the next edition is ready. You choose the time.

• To turn them on or off, or change the time, go to Settings, then Reminders.
• You only get a note on days you haven’t played that day’s edition yet.
• Not getting them? Check that notifications for Press Blocks are allowed in your phone’s settings (Settings, then Notifications, then Press Blocks).

Reminders are scheduled on your phone. We don’t run a notification server.

A theme changes the whole print shop: the paper, the type case, the sorts and the sounds. Classic comes with the game. Sepia, Broadsheet and Gold Leaf are one-time purchases you keep for good, one at a time or all three together.

• Choose your theme in Settings, under Look, then Theme.
• Every theme has a Morning and a Night edition. Under Edition, pick Morning, Night, or Automatic to follow your phone’s light or dark mode.
• Themes are only for looks and sound. They never change the pieces, the score or the Daily Edition.

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It takes away the full-screen ads the game shows on its own, for good, on that store account.

Ads you choose to watch stay available, because they give you something: a hint, or a second printing to keep an Endless game going. They are always optional.

Where privacy laws call for it, Press Blocks shows Google’s consent message, and you can change your answers any time in Settings, then Privacy settings. On iPhone, tracking is controlled in iOS Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by them. On Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, open your order history in the Play Store app or at play.google.com.
